Yellow Beans Berlin




Ingredients:



Measure
Ingredient
2 pounds
Yellow or wax beans
¼ cup
Chopped green onions
2 tablespoons
Prepared mustard
½ teaspoon
Salt
½ cup
Chicken broth

Preparation:



Combine all ingredients in pressure cooker. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe. Cook for 3 minutes. Cool pressure cooker at once. Thicken sauce, if desired. Serves 6-8.
